Office & H&S Manager, Oxon/Berks area
up to £46,000

This is key position covering Office Management, H&S, Logistics and Operations, responsible for a wide range of aspects, including liaising with high profile customers, HR, Payroll and Finance, to help support the growth and success of the business both internally and externally, for this well established company, operating in a niche, high end sector.
This calls for someone who is highly professional, experienced, proactive, extremely organised and able to play a key supporting function, committed to helping shape, implement, and see through internal processes, with a calm, but tenacious approach to multi-tasking across all functions.


Responsible for overseeing a team that delivers administration such as purchase orders, invoicing, sales orders, payments and company vehicles, you will also ensure timely and cost effective purchasing for site, production & office, overseeing deliveries vehicles and associated administration.


H&S is a large part of the role, covering vehicle and plant insurance, service and inspections, organise H&S training, equipment maintenance scheduling, weekly production walk arounds and reporting. NEBOSH qualifications will be beneficial.


HR duties cover inductions, payroll, timesheets and holidays, organising company events, overseeing the Apprenticeship programmes.

Electrical Technician, Brighton
up to £35,537

This Electrical Technician will join a highly skilled and results-focused team, undertaking electrical and diesel forklift truck conversions as well as producing oil and gas engine packages.

You will have demonstrable experience within a bespoke or low volume electrical role, sound knowledge of panel or automotive electrical wiring, as well as an ability to read and understand technical drawings and processes. Awareness of quality assurance and experience of Zone 1 and Zone 2 conversions is desirable but not crucial.

Stores & Logistics Assistant, Shoreham by Sea

We have a position available for an experienced Stores and Logistics Assistant in an engineering and manufacturing facility. This is a key role in supporting the movement of forklift trucks to and from the Production department, preparing vehicles and goods for collection, and assisting with daily Stores activities, and plays a critical role in ensuring the timely supply of parts to internal departments and external customers.

As a Stores and Logistics Assistant, you will report daily to the Logistics Team Leader, load/unload lorries delivering forklifts and goods, input new truck arrivals on the database, prepare completed forklifts for despatch to customers, assist with truck maintenance, carry out some picking, packing, despatch, inventory control and work in line with start dates, using your problem solving skills where necessary.

What We’re Looking For:

  • B1 and B2 counterbalance forklift truck license, minimum 2 years’ experience, ideally with an Electric pallet stacker/A5 powered pallet stacker licence, and/or other truck licences.
  • Previous experience of working in a forklift truck driving role.
  • Previous experience of working in a warehousing environment
  • Basic IT skills specifically Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Full Driving License.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

We’re looking for a driven and technically minded Sales Executive, responsible for growing a customer base across the UK and internationally (via web enquiries), delivering on sales targets, and promoting the company brand.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for consultative selling, who enjoys building strong customer relationships and thrives in a role that combines autonomy with collaboration. You’ll be the face of the business for many customers, this includes identifying opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, and supporting the full sales cycle from enquiry to commissioning.

Revit Technician, Witney, Oxon
up to £42,000

As a Revit Technician with at least 4 years experience, who wants to improve your learning and career in Structural Engineering, and be part of an award winning, highly respected Structural Engineering Practice, this could be the opportunity you are looking for!

Due to rapid growth of their client portfolio, which presents challenging, varied and extraordinary schemes, for both commercial and residential clients, this organisation are looking for a Revit Technician who has at least 4 years Revit experience, at least an HNC in a relevant Engineering subject, such as Structural Engineering or Construction and the Built Environment and an aligned work history.

You will have passion, ambition, be highly motivated, want to continue learning and dedicate yourself to productivity, both personally and professionally and always strive for excellence.

Using your knowledge, you will support Project Engineers by producing Autodesk Revit models, details and technical drawings, covering:

  • Reinforcement drawings and bending schedules
  • Establishing appropriate foundation types by interpreting site investigation reports, as well as foundation depths in line with NHBC design manuals
  • Steel connection details using Autodesk and Revit
  • Check drawings against preliminary sketches for accuracy, seeing how a design could be refined and/or improved

Senior Structural Engineer, Oxfordshire

Role overview:

• Leading and managing structural design on projects as required; undertaking detailed engineering design of a wide variety of buildings structures using AutoCAD/Revit.

• Represent the company at meetings and site visits with the client, other professionals and suppliers.

• Good team management skills and on-the-job training of junior engineers

• Experience and understanding of quality, environmental and safety project requirements

• Ability to prepare drawings using AutoCAD/Revit or prepare mark ups using the company standard within Bluebeam.

We’re looking for a Project Engineer who is passionate about engineering, safety and innovation in explosion protection to join this growing team and help shape the future of specialist offerings.

This is a critical role that blends technical coordination, project management, and strategic development. You’ll work across departments and with external partners to deliver high-impact projects from concept to completion.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating technical aspects of projects from enquiry to delivery
  • Preparing and managing quotations, tenders, and project plans
  • Overseeing internal and third-party resources to ensure timely, on-budget execution
  • Supporting business development and marketing activities, including trade shows
  • Maintaining CRM records and triggering invoicing at key milestones

Design Engineer, Brighton area
up to £45p/h

We are looking for a Design Engineer experienced in Autodesk Inventor, for a 3 month period to design components and assemblies to be incorporated in systems, such as engine packages and material handling machines, predominantly fork lift trucks. Due to the nature of the work, you will need to be on site for at least 4 out of 5 days.

You will have experience of mechanical assemblies, complex fabrications, motors, shaft/bearing arrangements and rotating seals, and ideally knowledge of electrical design, such as wiring diagrams, although this is a small proportion of the work.

The role requires working closely with applications and compliance engineers to ensure designs are workable and conform to legislation, interpreting customer requirements to determine best and cost effective strategies, you will have hands on problem solving and project managing experience.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS.

  • BTEC, HND, or Degree in Engineering.
  • Previous experience with Autodesk Inventor
  • Proven experience in a similar Product Design job role involving mechanical assemblies, complex fabrications, motors, shafts/bearings arrangements, rotating seals preferably within machinery industry.
  • Working knowledge of GD&T
